  • The Workshop area has a kitchenette (with available coffee/tea), washroom, boardroom table (seats up to 10), 3-seater leather couch, and Smart TV for presentations

  • The Studio area is an open and adaptable area to suit your needs

  • Additional furniture included: 2 x round tables (seat 8), 2 x armchairs, 1 x 6’ banquet table with black table cloth, 16 x black chairs, clothing rack, full length mirror

  • Reach out if you have specific requests to be accommodated

  • Full Day (up to 8 hours): $500

  • Boardroom table (seats up to 10), 2 x round table (seats up to 8), and additional soft seating with couch and armchairs (seats up to 5)

  • 450 sq/ft. area with 15 ft. ceilings filled with natural light, with string lighting for evenings

  • A private space with private entrance, no washroom

  • Free parking and wifi

  • Available furniture: 6’ banquet table, round white tables, black chairs, yellow armchairs, desk chair, floor plant, full length mirror, clothing rack

A GREAT SPACE FOR:

  • Photo and Video Shoots

  • Content Creation

  • Yoga Classes

  • Retail Pop-Ups
